The John Howard Society of Ontario (JHSO) has partnered with the JPMorgan Chase Foundation & CILAR to expand the impact of the Fair Chnaces Coalition (FCC), which aims to trasnform recruitement practices in Canada to be more inclusive towards individuals with criminal records.
As part of this partnership, CILAR has been asked to develop and pilot a chatbot that can support our members and provide scalable Fair Chance Hiring (FCH) content. Users will be able to asks questions via the FairHire.AI bot and receive answers curated from reports created by experts from JHSO.


This chatbot was devleoped to only provide answers based off of Fairchance reports/documents created by the John Howard Society of Ontario. If you would like to take a look at these reports, please check out the Fairchances website.
The chatbot is currently in beta version so there may be issues when using it. Try refreshing the page, opening it in a new window/tab. If the submit function isn't working, try putting a whitespace after your typed query or use the enter/return button on your keyboard if the send button isn't functioning.
