Vickery Bowles is the City Librarian at Toronto Public Library (TPL), which delivers services through a network of 100 branches and online channels. Khaled Hassanein is a Professor of Information Systems, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, and Director of the McMaster Digital Transformation Research Centre at McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business. With over 100 peer-reviewed articles, his research spans digital transformation, e-health, data analytics, human-computer interaction, and decision support systems.
